Gave up on it
Yep, I finally got tired of wanting to bash my head in every night trying to get this 5.2 swap in my 2000 to work correctly. I sold the truck as it sat, and bought a different one.
My new truck is a 2002 Dodge Dakota Sport club cab 4x4 4.7Liter. 67k miles on it, loaded and is in pristine condition.
Im just glad to be done with the whole thing. The swap it self was simple, but the electical problems make me regret doing it everyday.
But im in the clear now.

perhaps i spoke too soon... :/ I got excited and made the post before any transactions were complete. The guy couldnt come up with the second half of my money for my truck, so i took the truck back and gave him his money. (A friend of mine)
Secondly I found out my insurance for the new truck would be over 2000$ a year so I said F that. And the dealer misquoted me for the 2002. We had it worked out to be 7K out the door, and he called me today and said it was a mistake that it should be 10k. I was clearly upset by this so I told him no thanks.
Anyway, Im back with the 2000.
I had an idea on how to fix it, varsis i sent you a pm with some questions.
