46re hangs in seconds gear until 2500

that's pretty close to my exact shift points if im not heavy on the throttle. If I am, it carries red line out the back door.

It really shouldn't shift that high under normal driving conditions unless you adjusted it...

yea, it's adjusted. It hangs in neutral for a short bit (and hits the limiter with enough throttle) before second gear if i move the cable any further forward. Right now, the nozzle's tip is lined up with the clip housing.

Oh ok, that makes sense then. I didn't think it should be shifting like that with the stock settings...

if I floor it it shifts fine with no hanging
