i have an 02 dakota 3.9L. I put in a throttle body spacer and i didnt feel much of a difference. then i added a cold air intake. the intake made the throttle body spacer whistle loud which meant more airflow with means more torque/hp. i also have a magnaflow catback done http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mj6Wu9-xiz4&NR=1. im getting it changed for a different series which will make it sound about this but louder. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eEBeiAy5H8s&NR=1
honestly i don't care for any V6 with an exhaust i understand its better than stock but all V6 exhaust on street cars sounds like pissed off bumble bee

so scratch the header problems or questions just got a cat back exhaust with a glass pack muffler/ resonator with duals out the rear sounds amazing compared to stock awesome sound just right 3 1/2 in. tips out too gives it a nice deep tone now looking to do a little maintenance then a few other things need to do but over all very happy with a glass pack exhaust
