First off we need more details on your truck. Its hard to help someone if we don't know the engine size and year etc, etc.

Secondly, never bother with the tb spacer. Its a paper weight. Does you no good.

As far as lifts are concern. You can throw that idea out if you are looking to do a cheap suspension lift. The cheapest one is $1500, and pita to install. You can do a body lift a little easier and much cheaper, but that really doesn't gain you anything except allow you run 33's instead.

Cranking your tb's will gain you 2 inches in the front. Just enough for 33's. With that you will need blocks in the rear to lift the rear a little.

Look on ebay for superchips. They are cheap right now. $150

If doing a cai. Look into making your own. There are a few threads on here about how to do so. It will save you a lot of money.

agreed lifts suck for these trucks as far as chips i'd go with a superchips or sct..two different things sct is more expensive but you can get custom tunes made if you plan on ever doing cams or anything internal...as far as intakes make your own out of abs plastic...i just replaced the pipe on mine and ran it to the stock intake box with a k&n in it and cut a hole in the side of the box...there is a few threads on here i have posted the link to a really good homemade right up but i can't find the link right now maybe try to search it.
