You're a little late for Mother's day bro...

Truck looks awesome. I love that hood. Sets it off.

Any engine bay photos?

Nuked the old 360 motor, dropped a valve and it took out a piston and destroyed the block. The head was repairable, so I had that repaired. Since then, I have dropped in a 408 stroker, which will be running a 300 progressive shot of nitrous on 2 10lb bottles.

Here are some photos of the destroyed 360. I'll post photos of the new 408 after these.

================================================== ===

So now since you have seen the damage, here are the specs on the new 408.

I'll have some more photos of it soon. I just pulled the 408 again to refresh the motor for the 300 shot of nitrous, this baby is fully forged with Scat Forged Crank, Diamond Forged Pistons, Eagle Forged Rods, 4 bolt mains (normally 2 bolt on our 360s), hopefully this bottom end won't give unless the block does. Block is the weak point now.

I'm shooting for mid 10s in the 1/4 mile. I have a few buddies up in Kentucky talking smack about Mopar, they all have Chevy Malibus and Nova's with big blocks, running 10.5 and 10.8s.

Here is a little video of the new 408 installed. I stabbed it in the truck, bolted it up and loaded a fresh tune and did a little burnout.

Note: These are 17x11 Custom R/T Rims that weigh close to 90lbs each with the 395/40/17s M&H Drag radials on the back, and it lite them right up.
