i ordered rancho rs5000s, i know it should be an easy job especially cause i aint gotta worry bout rust down here, but is there any tips that u guys have that would make it easier. and this is prolly a dumb question but i wont have to get the truck aligned correct?

LOL, sorry 'bout that. I wasn't paying attention to you pic.
It really shouldn't be a hard job if you don't have rust problems. If you have rust just soak everything the night before. If the nut on the front shocks start to spin either use a vice grip to hold the shock tower of use the open end of a 6mm wrench.

fedex truck just got here! unfortunately i have to be at work at 5-9 then 11-6 tomoro so possible install on monday depending on if i have school work i forgot about lol
one thing i did notice immediately tho is on my buddies 01 ram we put pro comps on there i think they were gas charged cause when u would depress the shock it would immediately extend back out, where as these seemed to be filled with some type of fluid so if u push down or pull on them they stay where they are, so my question is: which one is better?

so i just got my rear shocks put in bout 30 min ago, i can already tell the difference a lot better over speed bumps, the rear end doesn't go flying up in the air, i prolly wont get to the fronts until tomoro after work or monday after class, prolly tomoro tho
getting the rears off was a pain cause i was a dummy and trying to take off the nut with the lock thing welded to it lol, i stripped the hell outta the nut lol once i figured out what i was doing it came off fairly easy, and getting that initial break of the socket off was a pain
