Hey guys just picked this one up today.

I've wanted a Kota for a while now and decided to trade my 02 silverado for her.

97 Kota (i've dubbed her as "Lucky" as she is my 13th vehicle...)
4x4
157k miles
Some sort of exhaust...?
aftermarket intake
aftermarket stereo and speakers

stock other than that i believe
ill snap a pic of the e-bay after my phone charges a bit, hopefully someone can give me a little more info on it.

hopefully these pics work...

glad to be a part of the Kota family

Just got this 2001 Dakota Quad. Has many miles 231K on it and the engine (4.7)was extremely iffy at best. When I got it home by trailer I discovered cracked head. Decided to replace engine with one from Viking auto with 150K on it. Still working out some kinks and things like that. Bought the chassy and tires for $900 and a case of beer. Invested about 2K in an engine. Enjoying the truck so far. My previous truck was a 1994 Ford F250 XLT with a 460 in it. Nice to have a truck I can get some MPG with!!!

I guess compared to an F250 a Dakota is much better for fuel consumption... but you certainly don't buy a Dakota for fuel efficiency!!

Pretty sure the Daks are one of the worst, If not THE worse for gas mileage in the mid size market.
