Default Need a good set of driving lights

I will be going on a 1500 mile road trip in July, and I am needing to add a good set of driving lights to the front of my truck, as some of the roads I will be on will be very lightly traveled back roads in texas. What would you recommend? I have been looking at the Hella 500 FF, but have not heard much about them. Any help is much appreciated

hella 500 are a decent pair but lower end, you can spend a grand and get some hid aux. lights from either KC, or light force. i like my driving light piaas, i htink they look the best and arent so bulky like the kc;s. unless you go with the slimlines.

Or if you are going to spend that much for aux lights get hids and new lenses and you will be set you will rarely have to use high beams. I got mine shipped for 83.00 and its 10x better than stock bulbs

Well, I was trying to limit the price to $100 or below, but I know it is hard to get a good set of lights for that price...but if I could spend that kinda money I would definatly be running HID headlights, HID aux. lights and put a 36" LED light bar on the roof lol

I just put new lenses in my 2003 - where would you get HID's that fit the standard lens?
