Default Good Idea?

I was looking to sell my truck and buy another... I looked at Rams, I didn't like them as much as my Dak, and everything else just didn't suit me. But I want a good looking truck that drives as good as it looks. So now I have a few questions along with a poll.

1. How dark should I go on my window tint? I have the OEM tint in the back...can I get that removed? (idk how that works)

2. How much lowering does it take to level a truck? What is the easiest way? blocks? (looking to lower rear)

3. R/T wheels or stock 16" wheels?

4. Should I leave it two toned? (it's black on top/silver on the bottom)

5. HEMI swap?... really want to just get a QCSB Ram instead of this...lol

I believe our back glass is stained so u can't remove it. Bit it can still be tinted darker. My buddy has an 01 ram that had TINT not stain and they put more tint over it. So he has double 5% now looks awesome. Find out what ur laws in ur state r in VA we can tint the backs as dark as u want but the fronts can only go to 50% which is total bull

If u wanted to level by dropping the rear I believe the trucks come with a 2" rake from the factory so u would need a 2" drop I don't know how u would go about doing that prolly shackles or something

I know the 97 Dak is 2". Autozone sells a block kit that you just take off the U-bolt and put the block between the springs and the axle. It's not hard at all to do, just need some wrenches and 2 jacks.

huh?

Does anyone know how dark the back is in %? I don't want to put something on it and it being darker than it should be...does that make any sense?

With the lowering, do I need U bolts?

Most states don't have a law for back windows on trucks cause u can run a truck cap and of course that covers the back windows

So yours is a lot darker in the front than the back?

I do like Rams, but right now with our current car situation, I cant "afford" a larger car.

On my truck I dont think so its not a perfect match but looks about the same

It all depends on what angle you are looking at the truck

I think you will need some longer U-bolts, but the kit I got had them included. It only cost like 20 bucks or so.
