What a coincidence. I'm also looking to do mine. Thanks for the thread Twitchy
It looks like you can pick up the monroe reflexes at shock warehouse http://www.shockwarehouse.com/index....cted_year=2004
Cheaper than advance autos price. I'm going to do the full set. Thanks for helping me decide on which ones.

It helps to have long handled wrenches for so you can reach and remove the upper nuts and bolts on the rear shocks. On my truck when I did the front shocks I found out that a stubby wrench set (I think the upper mounting nut was a 13 or 15 mm) would have been really helpful. I had the scraped knuckles to prove it too, for a while. A short wrench would have made it a lot easier to R&R the upper mounting nuts.
Other than that and a good set of jack stands and a quality floor jack, it's a straightforward job. Maybe get some PB Blaster or Liquid Wrench and soak the mounting bolts overnight or at least for a while before you get started, especially if you are replacing original shocks and the nuts/bolts have been there since the truck was built.
Put your floor jack under the front lower control arms to unload the coil springs a little.
