center console armrest needed

Default center console armrest needed

my armrest just broke today, the little hook that holds it inplace snapped off so it wont close now...ebay had one for 100 bucks but im not paying that much for one...any one know where i can pick one up online or have a freind whos parting out with stuff, let me know.

i checked rockauto and they didnt have one.

i know my suggestion i not an online store one but you should try calling some car junk yards in your area to see if they have any for the year of you truck

I bought a new one for mine back in 2006 from the dealer I work at. Another dealer in another state had one lying around in stock. They were discontinued already at that time. Heck I only paid 70 for it then. Just do like i'm getting ready to do. Make your own and have it padded and covered. Lose the latch.

you mean the console lid? When i first got my truck, it latches too well. I just slotted vacuum hose to make it work. What part on yours broke?

heres the photo from ebay, the upper left corner is the hook that goes into slot on the bottom part of the colsole where it is released by that round button thing.
