Convert all the hard parts over the manual setup, then find a 2004 MT ECU & harness, swap that in and set the vin to yours & you should be good to go. On the 2002 I think it is easier with the trans controller being separate which is why I suggest finding the MT ECU.

I've done the swap on the Ram back in 2015 at 225k miles & fell in love with my truck all over again. Currently sits at 499k & needs a water pump (bearing is bad).
