I'm not too worried about the body though. We are going to through a wooden flat bed on the back so that takes care of all that. The one thing I'll look for is a cab in decent shape. That's what it needs the most. A lot of it was vandalism. Some kids smashed out all the gauges and what not.

That's start... especially considering the price haha. I'd get it running and maybe driving before worrying about the body. But definately a wood flatbed would look great on there, I want to get one for my dak but theyre really expensive (metal ones), and theres not really any point besides looks.

I've owned a lot of trucks in my day. cars too. The 1 chrysler I owned was a $$ PIT. I sold it after 1 year & had it in the shop almost constantly.
So far - my dakota has not been free either, but I consider this stuff mostly maintenance. I bought the truck with 145k miles & it was due for a bunch of stuff.
I'm hoping to not spend any $$ on it this year. We will see - it now has 153k
