So i've been curious last summer and finally tested it out. Filled er up and reset the odometer. Turns out i get a whopping 200 Km to a tank a fuel, hmm... LOL, but what can ya do.
200 KM to a tank a fuel!! i wouldn't say the true duels/glasspacks, CAI(which says its supposed to up the MPG, B..S), Programmer set on Horsepower and on top of that running 37's.
I wish i could get 250Mi i get about 180-195 Mi, but i also have 2 bad o2 sensors to replace as soon as they get here hopefully on thursday so i can change them out fri before the rain hits on saturday.
During the summer I get 235 - 250 miles to the tank. Right now I'm seeing 180 - 200. I've done a little maintenance so hopefully those numbers will rise a tad.
Im seeing about 200-230 miles on a tank of gas. Last week I got a great 85 miles on a half of tank bad part I wasnt that hard on it. Right now Im at 56 at a little over 1/8th of tank I think my truck is bi polar lol
For me it's hard to tell how many miles per tank, because I usually keep it around half a tank. But last I checked in like september it was pullin 16 mpg. Which I think is not impressive for a fricken 2WD 3.9L. But again, it's still a truck.

I'd kill for 16 mpg lol Has anyone ever swapped a prius motor in a dakota get back to me haha
last time i drove home, 700 mile trip, i had to fill up 3 times and calculated my mileage each time. peaked at 19mpg and worst i got was 17mpg and thats with a 5.9L only with tb spacer and cold air intake, oh and that was also just highway miles i dont even bother checkin my city mileage
My truck gets 17 to 18 or 18.5 MPG in ordinary everyday city-hwy driving. My best MPG was 19.0 but that was on an all-interstate trip to Tampa and back. I track my MPG at every fuel fill on www.fuelly.com. It's a good way to keep up with how my truck is doing on MPG and how much I spend on gas.
