OK, you have power to one side of the fuse, how about the other? Did you check the fuses with your meter?

The other place to check would be at the ignition switch coming off the fuses. It'll be pins 4 and 7. Both should have +12 available all the time, its before the switch.

Yup, at the plug in to the switch. Pin 7 should be RED, Pin 4 Pink with a Black tracer.

Those two lines feed the start and run positions on the switch. Power there will come right from the PDC through the big connector, C200, behind the brake pedal.

The red needs to have power or the starter relay in the PDC won't trip. Double check that fuse, it should be #10. Swap the fuses if you have too, just to see if you then get power on it so as to eliminate a wiring problem.

That's red with NO stripes. There should be 7 openings on the connector for the ignition switch, only 6 are used

Yeah, the 40 amp fuses are like the mains they feed the ignition switch and then go back to the fuse box to feed some of the accessories through smaller fuses. You did tell me earlier, that's why I suspect the fuses are bad. No power seems to confirm it.

The stereo for one is fed via the red wire.
