Default 2001 Dodge Dakota 4.7 HELLLPPP PLLLEEASE

I have a 2001 dodge dakota 4.7L v8

When i insert spark plug into #2 pre gapped at .40 and start the truck, it knocks loud so i took the plug back out of #2 and this is the result. It f**ckd the spark plug all up.

I check spark plug #4 and its fine. These are newly bought spark plugs.

Please any ideas? I'm guessing the lifter is broke or bend? any advice is appreciated.

Plug looks a bit longer in the pic. I would measure it against the others. Of course, im not a 4.7 guy either so someone else may have an idea. How does it do if you put the old plug back in?

The lifter won't do that. The valves clear the spark plugs.

What are the chances something fell into the opening and is now damaging your spark plugs?

all the plugs are the same size though. I know they are cheapy plugs but they are all the same size plugs and i checked the rest of em, theyre fine.

Should i put washers on that #2 plug to try to clear the valve?

I just pulled all these little peices of metal out of that #2 park plug hole.
Any ideas on what it is?
