awd driveshaft question
Are the U-joints out of phase?
Perhaps the pinion angle is such that it causes a U-joint driveshaft to vibrate and only a CV shaft will work. New driveshaft should be balanced out of the box. What happens if you take the shaft out and drive around without it again?

Ive had one person that didnt even notice their driveshaft was missing I guess its one thing you dont expect to be missing when you look under the truck lol
after jacking up the truck and spinning the tires by hand i found that the new shaft had a ever so small wobble in it right at the slip yolk. so i pulled it out and it drives fine again. i got my money back and stuck my old one back in for now. it drives good enough to get my work done this week till i get another shaft. i may go to the dealer and get a brand new one instead of the remaned aftermarket ones.
