Default ctm questions

on my truck im gathering the parts to convert it to power windows/locks/mirror then the overhead console with auto dim mirror found a few people that have done it already and said its pretty much a plug and play setup once you get all the parts the biggest of which is the ctm (time and alarm module) i just wanna make sure this is the module that controls the windows and locks before i go ahead and order the part the parts guy at the dealership wasnt a whole lot of help but did find out it was the same for 2002-2004 trucks which helps a bit so does any body have a list on what all the module controls

The last 2 letters are the firmware versions.

Looks to be the same CTM as a durango, as well.

al just means yours had a very new firmware on it. As long as the numbers match is all that matters

doesn't need to be updated, will work as-is. Nobody's really sure what the changes are, but they are interchangable.

you might try calling several dealers. I usually call no less than 5, just to make sure that all 5 agree (but never tell them you called another dealer- play dumb to each one). You never know when you might come across a tech that's done it before.
