Default Throttle body spacer?

Does anyone have a TBS on there 3.9L Dakota and what results have you seen. I know these company's that make them toot their own horn and brag it gets this or does that. I would like to hear from people that have actually installed them and the results if any. I really don't want to spend a 100 dollar bill on a gimmick. Thanks Kelly

I just put in a TB spacer saturday and so far I can tell that it has improved my throttle response, I can be going 45-50 and punch it to pass someone and it doesn't hardly hesitate like it used to. Don't know about any change in mpg since I just did it and have been testing it out This is the one that I put in http://www.airaid.com/ProductDetail....ductID=300-570, it took mayber 30 min to install, but so far I think it was worth it

I'd take that one step further and say they don't do anything on any engine. With all the twists and turns that the incoming air goes through, there's just no way that the air can continue to swirl all the way to combustion. Save your money.

I don't fully agree with idea that it doesn't do anything for the magnum engines, I put one in my 99 3.9 mag and it has woken it up. It gave me better throttle response as well as better acceleration. Now I'm sure that there are some out there that don't do anything but they aren't all the same. I know mine has really helped my truck.

that is your own opinion i guess, spend the money on a bored throttle body and you will get better performance then from a spacer, from my experience they do nothing at all.
