Default Halo headlight problems

My projector headlights work great but the only problem I am having is they do not sit flush where they should mount. there is a pin that does not go in the hole, but even if it did there is nothing to hold it there. I have taken them out and put them back in so many times trying to fix the problem, but now its getting to the point the plastic housing is starting to fall apart. Anyone else had this issue? If so will you explain in detail on how to fix the problem? Thanks in advance.IMAG00471.jpgIMAG00481.jpg

In that hole there is supposed to be a plastic bushing and then your head light is held in by the bushing. Mine was tight so it sucked my light in just where my factory light was. They say the one piece lights dont fit as well but my fit really well.

Yeah that would be my problem then, because I do not have a rubber bushing. Thank you for the help

Its plastic bushing but if your handy you could come up with a piece of rubber. It would prob work the same.

You can get a piece of weather stripping and put around it to close up the gap some.

Well I found the perfect bushing in my stash only to find out that the plastic housing of the headlight will only allow it to go back so far, which prohibits the pin from being able to enter the hole. Oh well its not a major deal, I would just like the headlight to have that little extra support.

I bought the same exact headlights. My tabs barely fit, and I had to modify the clips with the bolts and add several washers to make it fit right... good luck
