i dont even know if swapping tmc;s would help. but i have an 01 and it shifts to 5k+. but you dont really need to shift that high like i stated earlier.

Well I just want my truck to shift pass 4300 rpm.

I may try swapping to newer year model tcm and see if that helps.

i can get mine to shift higher if i shift with the column shifter.

Mine will shift higher if use the column shifter too. I just wanted it to shift higher if I hammer down on it without yanking down the shifted handle.
