Today my 2000 Dakota with a 4.7 started acting up. It idles rough and acts like it is going to stall and when you hit the gas it goes and is fine. Check engine light come on. I do not have a scan tool so I will try Autozone see if they can pull up code. Plugs have about 13.000 on them Bosch plus 2's Just did o2.s .
Any thoughts?

Check fuses ok.
There are 2 o2's on each side. It is showing left (drivers side) upstearm which I am assuming closest to manifold and it is new. The other 3 I just removed and soak them in gas for 24 hrs and put back in. new one could be bad.
The IAC was my first thought with the 1494 code than I wondered about fuel pump.
Today had it out and if I let off the gas and try to pick it back up it wanted to act like it wasn't getting any gas. I mash down on the pedal and it took off and ran fine.

P1494 is not an IAC or fuel pump code.
The leak detection pump checks for leaks in the evaporative emissions system. There is a switch built into the pump and it can go bad.
How's your power steering pressure switch? Any leaks? Pull the connectors on the PCM and look for fluid. If the switch leaks it can wick along the wires and cause all sorts of weird codes.
