Will do. Hope to have it done tomorrow. I need to look at the mockup for >8 seconds so I can figure out if I can mount it how I'd like without excessive vibration.

I have the 4 bolt holes for the stock core support brace (what little it was good for) and the 2 bolt holes for the stock efan. So 6 possible mounting positions but I'll probably just use the lower 4. I'm more concerned on if the stock fluid tanks will fit over the new fan, I think they will though. I'm gonna try to bias the fan as far down as I can to help with that.

That shroud looks like it almost fits the Rad surface area completely..

covers exact width, I think it covers a tad exta height I'll need to seal off. With the shroud sitting on the hard lines under the radiator, about 1" of rad shows at the top...so either exact fit or a smidge over.

alright got it on there. It's only held on by 2 straps, but I think it should be fine, time will tell. I had it on real good with 3 straps, but one blocked the fluid tanks. Just have to get the wiring in order now.

Alright, it works! I have the wiring ramshackled right now, nobody has a ATC fuse as a 50A slow blow or higher, but nobody also had a Maxi fuse holder. So I have an 80A MAXI on it attached with a pair of 3/8" quick connects. I just need to dispose of the old shroud pieces and the old rockers, clean up my messes, and put tools away. After putting heatshrink on all the electrical connections, of course.

Relay is mounted to the shroud, coil powered by stock efan circuit, power comes from battery side terminal, ground is on the massive grounding point to the left (pass side) of the radiator on the fender. I could feel the air getting pulled from standing in front of the truck.

Really wasn't that bad of an install, just time intensive.

unhook the wiper sprayer stuff, plug the water line for them (water will go everywhere, deal with it), remove the overflow hose and plug that (coolant will go everywhere, this part is fun), remove the bottom shroud (that's laughable), remove the top shroud, remove the fluid bottles, remove the fan, get the new fan in, mount it up, get the wiring right, put fluid bottles back on, put hose connections back in place.

using the OEM fan defaults, the fan turns on around 210 (supposedly) or with the AC on.

In testing, it comes on with the AC, and turns off about a minute after the AC is turned off.

I had Sean SCT the fan to 190 or with AC, we'll see how it does with the new tunes.

Took these after a 5 minute or so test drive with the AC (I never turn it off...I like the cold here in texas) and apparently it never got to operating temperature in those 5 minutes....
