Mode $06 Test help.
I currently have a 2002 Dodge Dakota 3.9L V.6 with a rough idle that has me stumped. I have replaced or tested all of the following and still having issues.
TPS
IAC
Map Sensor
Cap and rotor
Plugs
Plug wires
Ignition Coil
PCV valve and gromet
Fuel rail pressure at 49psi
Vacuum at manifold Good
No oil seen in manifold
Throttle body removed and cleaned
New NTK o2 sensors.
Crank and Cam sensor.
My PID Mode $06 test shows the following has failed. What does this point to and were can you find the Mode $06 information.

I came across your post when searching for test result info. Did you ever resolve the problem you were having? I have a 2001 Dakota that has failed the exact same two tests. It has not thrown a code yet, but is running really rough. I was wondering if you could tell me what you found.

I have not found the problem yet. My truck still idles rough and I have been unable to figure out why. I have checked a few other things with no luck. I did a back pressure test before the Cats, to check if they were plugged and they were not. I checked the exhaust donuts that connect to the exhaust manifold for leaks and found nothing. Took my injectors out and cleaned them.
I made a home made smoke machine and found no vacuum leak. The last two things I am going to try is changing the coolant temp sensor and check the degree of timing. I going to remove the distributor cap and turn the crank pulley clockwise and mark the degree of movement of the rotor. Then turn it counter clockwise and mark the degree of movement. This should tell me if I have slack in the timing chain or tensioner which could be throwing off the timing.

I found some answers at the above url. It appears that TID $11 is the upstream o2 sensor, although I see you've already replaced yours.
TID $31 seems to be an enigma. I haven't found any clear answers on that one yet.

Have you had a compression test done find that out
Try a higher grade of gas premium it may take two tanks before you see a change.
On your IAC check to be sure it has the O-ring in place same with the TPS both need an O-ring to seal air out 100%

TID $31 is also the upstream o2 sensor. It is for the o2 senor on bank 2. Do you have California emissions? It would have two mini cats and one large. A total of 4 o2 sensors. TID $11 is for bank 1 upstream and TID $31 is for bank two upstream.

I haven't done anything yet. I'm going to tear into it this weekend. This is my wife's truck. The performance has been slowly degrading with no codes thrown. I guess I'll start with the o2 sensors and see what that does for me. No CA emissions. I'm in Indiana.
doesnt mean you wont have it. I have 2 mini cats before the Y pipe, and a cat and muffler after...which I assume is CA emissions......in texas.
my 2002 dakota has min-cats too ,i bought it from the dodge dealer new when i was a dodge tech.all 2002 3.9 have them.on the rough running i would check for a vacum leak from lower intake,see there a steel belly pan on the bottom of the intake,the gasket fails,and it sucks crank case vapor and oil from lifter area.you can't see it until you remove the intake.spark plug will have some oil fouling.the way to test for fail gasket is remove pcv from valve cover,and hook up vaccum gauge to the valve cover,i made a fitting from a hose the fits snug in valve cover,then pinch off hose on the other valve cover .start engine,if it read vaccum ,gasket is bad.don't rev engine or run too long,you may blow seals out,with vaccum gauge on.
