Default rivets

Where did you get the rivets from?
Everywhere I look they are around .50 to .75 each.
I took my inner wheel wells off a while ago to redo exhaust and need to replace them before winter.

Looks like you are missing a bolt on the upper ball joint or did you remove it?

Yes I had just removed it actually it was a rivet the last one I had to drill out did the other two last week.

Most people don’t know you can drill them out with just removing your tire they are easy to get to and drill out ahead of time I just swap the rivets with bolts. Just do each rivet one at a time then you don’t need anything removed but your tire. I use some extra bolts and nuts as a temp fix I’m just getting ahead of things that’s all.

I just pulled everything off Thursday installing new bushings and new ball joints on my passenger side

Thanks for caring everything is ok

I know, I use a air hammer to remove them when doing the recalls.

Its so much easier to remove the entire control arm and put it in a vice... Ive never seen it done like this before. These are probably some of the few trucks you could do it on...
