Ok, 6 hours later, my TPS is connected! Wiring, hoses, etc all put back where they belong. AND SHE RUNS! I can take my foot off the gas and she doesn't die on me anymore. What a relief. I ran diagnostics and got no error codes, which is good. Downfall, my Instrument Cluster still doesn't work. I'm guessing I just need to get a new one.

Also, 100% positive it was squirrels that chewed through the wires. Once I got the bundle pulled up, empty acorn shells fell out. I noticed a few other ground wires by the headlights (on the drivers side as well) that were chewed through. Working on getting those reattached now. It got COLD out there!

I feel like I'm spamming my own thread. I found a cluster on ebay for $48.99.

Should I go ahead with it?

did you find a yard? what are the chances the wires to the cluster are chewed somewhere?

I'm fairly certain the cluster wires are all intact, but I will check them again.

Ok, just got back from Milwaukee. I checked the voltage to each of the instrument cluster wire harnesses. Here are the readings:

Left (Silver) Connector:
Code:
Left / Right
0 / 0
0 / 26v
28.8 / 0
0 / 0
0* / 0

*when I turned headlights on, jumped to 26v
Right (Black) Connector (which I think powers the actual gauges?):
Code:
Left / Right
2.2-3v / 0
2.5v / 0
0 / 0
0 / 29.8v
29.8v / 0
Does that make sense?

Good News / Bad News...

Good news: I have obtained a "new" instrument cluster.

Bad news: Still no dice. I didn't have my iPad with me over lunch, so I was unable to run diagnostics. I'm hoping after work I can try, but time is limited. We have a showing on our house tomorrow and an almost 3 year old who doesn't care.

I FIXED IT!

I found this: http://www.justanswer.com/dodge/5mx2...t-cluster.html

Checked the voltage at 2 and 6, everything looked fine. Checked the grounds at 4/5 and found that 4 wasn't giving me any readings. I ran a new ground to that cavity, and the cluster started working again!

Ticks me off that it was something as simple as that, but it's working! Now to find a buyer... :-( Don't really want to sell it, but I just got a new job that will require some commuting, and I can't afford the gas in the truck.
