The paint crew at work use rust-oleum for undercoating some of the product. They say it works great, just have to make sure the surface is clean and grease free, sticks well and lasts forever. I've never used it but those guys love it.
Imo the por15 is the best at stopping rust. I'd use that before any of the other stuff. The rustolem works but not really supposed to apply over big spots of rust it will come back through.
Por-15 is good but is I believe is a 3 step process.Where Chassis Saver is a clean and go product. Rust-oleum would be for underside of bed and wheel wells only. Seen some reviews were Por-15 has held for a number of years as well as the Chassis Saver. I think it comes down to a matter of costs.
POR-15 is amazing stuff i use it all the time downside is it is fairly expensive but a amazing product and can be reduced down and sprayed also they have many colors and finishes also
why do you wanna por-15 under your spray in bed linner i dont think its needed cause the bedliner will seal it but if you doing it over paint i would hit it with some 180 grit paper and wipe it down just take care of any paint pealing off
