Actually, you don't have to test the wiring. Since you get the "cruise" light you know that wiring is intact. You can still have a bad "set" switch however but the wiring is good.
If the wiring was bad you wouldn't be able to turn the system on.
Have you tried sealing that hole in the servo? Maybe it will still work.

Thanks but you must not have noticed I mentioned the brake switch multiple times in my posts.
It's not urgent that I have it. I hate being stumped and just would like to solve it.
Can anyone answer this regarding the brake lamp switch?
"Try jumping terminals 1 and 4 together and then see if you have power at the cruise control servo."
I get power to the servo when jumping so I know the wiring works. I bought a new switch and it didn't solve my issue.

1-F32 14PK/DB FUSED B(+)
4-V32 20YL/RD SPEED CONTROL SUPPLYI get power to the servo when jumping so I know the wiring works. I bought a new switch and it didn't solve my issue.

I removed the servo last night and that hole definitely was the issue as I bench tested it for suction. I melted some spare plastic to the housing, performed some plastic welding then sealed it with silicon. This morning I took the truck out for another test drive and BOOM the CC works. I spent a lot of time troubleshooting and 00DakDan was terrific. I also learned more about how the CC system works which will help me help others...No regrets.
