There is no power to pin 86 on the O2 heater relay? That'll do it.

Pin 86 and 30 are fed via a 20 amp fuse in the PDC, after the auto shutdown relay. The ASD must be working or you wouldn't be running. The PCM only grounds pin 85 to enable the heaters.

I know you said the "fuse isn't working right." Did you measure it with the truck running?

Again, measuring across the fuse, if it's good, should read 0. If you get any other reading it's bad.

One terminal on the fuse is hot and if you do get 12 volts on just the one side then you can measure continuity from the other side of the fuse to either pin 86 or 30 on the O2 heater relay.

Either the fuse is bad or you've got a break between the fuse and 02 heater relay.

So i went back to my specialist and apparently i do have voltage to my 2/2 o2 sensor he has an awesome code reader that showed me all the voltages to all the sensors and they are working but what send to be happening is its not going to the rite voltage and he says the thing that bothers him is my rite side us always lean and the and never fluctuates and he's saying it should throw a code for that and its not

This is really hard to figure out I'm thinking i might just replace all the 02 sensors so i know there is a good base line to work from

i don't know what else to do

Don't use Bosch O2's. Lots of problems in Dakota's.

Good luck

so its still on going just posting this to see if this can help at all
power and ground for the L.rear o2 heater circuts are on.
road test found right bank always in "open loop" and front and rear o2 sensors reading steady .06 volt at constant speed or idle{some momentary fluctuation with applying throttle indicating its sort of working

when i scan the pcm it found- a po141 1-2 o2 heater sensor failure
po141 is presetting due to sensor voltage not dropping to.4-.6 volts during warmth{only goes to.9-1.0 volts

also found a very lean right engine bank o2 sensor readings after warm up and right bank never goes into closed loop

if any of you have had this problem or understand what is going on with my truck i would be greatly appreciate your help
