i'm basing this off on the 2001 wiring diagram, I don't have an '02.

How are you measuring voltage at the fuse.

If you are reading across the fuse you should read 0 unless it's blown in which case you'll read battery voltage.

The oxygen heaters for all the O2's are fed off the same fuse - 20 amp.

Do you have power to the 02 heater relay in the PDC? You should have power to pins 86 and 30, truck running - see pic below.

I believe it works
I tested the o2 power and ground and their there i found that the right bank always in open loop and front and rear o2 sensors reading stay.06 volt at constant speed or idle i have some momentary fluctuation with applying throttle indicating it sort of works

Po141 due to voltage not dropping to.4_.6 it only goes to.9_1.0

Found very lean right bank o2 sensor reading after warm up and right bank never going into closed loop

What brand O2 sensors are you using?

Ohm out each O2 sensor. At 70, you should be showing about 13.5 ohms resistance on a 4.7.

Do you have a test light? Use that to see if the heaters are getting power. It puts more of a load on the system than a meter.

I've attached the wiring pinout for the O2's. Pins 1&2 are the heater.

Are you getting power to 2/2? I only ask as they are both powered off of the same relay. If so, check for a bad splice - S179 (see attachment). Then check the grounds, down on the right front by the crank position sensor.

You can always wire the heaters for the downstream O2's together if you have to. That's how they're wired anyways.

No power to the o2 relay and no power to the other bottom bank o2 sensor
