I have another thread when this was more oil leak related (solved) but wanted to start this one because I'm betting someone's seen it before.

I suspect antifreeze...Photo taken from under while laying on my back looking up at the problem.
Hose? Gasket where the lower hose connects? The top side of the engine is bone dry...I don't see any signs of a water pump failure.

 

Looks like the rad hose that clamp is old school and not to strong replace with a good clamp and see if it goes away.

You could just pull the old clamp up out of the way then feed the screw kind on by undoing it the and feeding it back together if you know what I mean.

That way no lose of fluid

I think you're on to something. While trying to slide the old clamp out of the way there was a some fluid seeping from the hose. I'll have to cut the old clamp off (To avoid losing fluid...I want to save the environment) before installing the new one.

 

It looks like there might be a line of fluid heading to that drip on the harmonic balancer.

I'd really give that water pump weep hole a close look.

 

Take that mechanical fan off ASAP!

You have an electric fan, correct? All the mechanical fan does is suck power!

 

I have an electric fan... Is it enough to cool things down or do I have to install some duel fan mod?

 

I have not had mine on for about 30,000 miles. A lot of other people have done it too. The stock fan comes on if the engine goes over halfway on the temp (i'm not sure the exact temp, but I know it's low enough to not cause problems.) It also comes on when the A/C is on. The second you start moving (5+ mph) the radiator does a perfectly fine job keeping the engine cool without a big ole heavy fan hanging off of the water pump. Your truck will drive a little better too! Try it, it's the dead of winter...nothing to hurt, because it's easy to put back on.

 

FYI - I just replaced the upper hose on mine, and the new stock hose came with old school clamps attached to the hose. They had a clip on the clamp to keep it open, and when you get the hose in place you remove the clip and the clamp sets on pretty tight - no leaks at all.
