i have a 2002 dakoda the air will not change from top [defrosst] too dash or floor. are there any vacum lines or a controler or accuator some wear??i replace the dash controls and no change. can hear it whanting too change but cant HELP......

Your '02 Dakota has electrically controlled actuators, not vacuum. There is a way to recalibrate the actuators but I can't find it in the factory manual - even though it tells you where it should be it isn't there.

I've heard you can also disconnect the battery for about 15 minutes and then the system will "relearn."
