I would say your problem is either the TPS or the MAP as you have replaced your IAC two times.

If you don't have a scanner, this might be a good time to invest in one.

I have a scanner and have not had any codes related to the PCM or any sensors.

I have also replaced the TPS, removed and thoroughly cleaned the throttle body. I can get readings from the MAP on my scanner, and I have checked the wire connections between the PCM and TPS, IAC, and MAP for broken wires or high resistance and no issues exist there. You can see why it is frustrating! I am going to review the FSM on the battery temp sensor to see what probing I can do there as well. Keep you guys posted.
