Even if you did how would you lift the front to match?. I'd look into a body lift to go along with that.

What are you trying to accomplish with this truck? Are you trying to clear a certain size of tire? Just want it taller for looks?

suspension lift kits do not exist for our trucks because the front suspension/steering design does not allow it. You're limited to what you can do with the springs/torsion bars, a body lift, or all-out SAS.

Crank the torsion bars and 3in body lift and you will be able to clear 35's. What kinda engine do you have. If its not a v8 its gonna suck turning those big tires.

For 35's I would crank the torsion bars about 2" and get a 3" body lift. That is really the only way you can get that much lift.

I'm running 33x10.50's and they even rub on the frame when turning.

The only cheap option is a body lift. Period...

There are several ways to lift the rear. You could do a block lift, shackles, add a leaf, lift springs and if you're a good welder you could even modify the shackle hangers. But the front is the problem. If you do a search for lift kits you'll find tons of options for the rear, but the front doesn't have the same options due to the IFS. A body lift is the only way to lift the whole thing more than an inch or 2. You might be able to get more out of a torsion crank, but then you'll start losing CV axles and other front end parts way to quickly.

Other than that you are limited to doing a solid axle swap, which is NOT cheap or easy.
