Default 2002 3.9 Dring me Nutz

Ok I`m a newbie to this site. My 02 Dakota is driving me Nutz. It started with a nasty miss, this led to a compression test and a leak down test. Needed 2 new heads! So the rebuild began. Replaced the timing chain and gears as well as a new tensioner assy. Then checked the camshaft with my degree wheel and all intake and exhaust valves for correct lift with ny dial indiactor and magnetic base. All good. Installed new intake Aluminium belly pan. New Five-O motorsports 4 hole injectors. New cap, rotor, wires, plugs and coil. New "mopar" crank sensor. New water pump, radiator and hoses. Fired it up and it started cascading codes. I have now replaced every sensor on this thing. Still missing and running bad! No codes in OBDII or OBDII enhanced modes..I am at a loss! In all my life I have Never Ever had one I could not diagnose or fix. Well this one has got me stumped! Heeeelp Please!

My '95 2.5 acted like that once and after about a month of never knowing what to expect (it never stranded me, just nearly) I finally located a part of the wiring had come loose from its mount and fell onto the exhaust manifold, burning through insulation and two wires. Careful repair and reattachment to the bracket and all was and still is well. Hope you find the problem!

Question

Could be the PCM is going bad sometimes it just quits sometimes it makes your engine run like its possessed it even can be intermittent run bad then run fine. No codes came up on mine how to test it I don't know but I do think it can be tested.

This is a very stupid question, but have you confirmed the firing order and the plug wires being in the correct location? I have experienced problem on 8 cylinder engines where two wires were transposed causing problems that were traced to crossed plug wires. I'll admit that this was in the days of rotors, condensers and distributors but it's a thought. And I'll assume the miss is ignition related and not compression caused.

And are the "new" heads really new or just recycled? I know you're reaching and so am I, just tossing out dumb ideas that might cause a bit of grey matter to come to life~~

No codes showing! That is the problem. I`m thinking this is a wiring issue.
