Default 2000 dodge Dakota 4.7 v8 mag, headlight issue

Only
Only thing I see when I switch my headlights on it's a solid light on the dash but I get nothing else, My hazards, turning signals, both headlights and fog lights will not turn on, I'm clueless on how to fix this, the diagram doesn't explain anything in the fuse box, please help me, this is my commuter truck

You very likely have a bad ground. The headlights, foglights, and turn signals use the same ground. It's backfeeding.

G200 on the attached diagram. It's under the dash, drivers side.

Looks like you remove the passenger side kick panel and it's right there. Remove the bolt, clean the area, sand it, maybe use some conductive grease, and reinstall.
