Well, if you install them, it'll be a loud drive to the exhaust shop. 
(but, that can be fun too......) Talk to the exhaust shop, see how much they will charge you to install, if they even will..... decide from there what ya wanna do.
There is probably more you can do, but, I am just not familiar enough with the 4.7 to make any real recommendations. What kind of exterior mods did you have in mind?
