Gears would be a good start. Quad4x4 probably has them, as would summit, or jegs.

Tuner may not be a bad idea.....

Headers? Better exhaust system?

4.10 would be a pretty good bump..... Richmond, Motive, USA Gear, are all good brands. There are others as well, but, I would stay away from the 'no name' stuff. Hard to get them to run quiet. If you are 4x4, you need to do BOTH axles, if you ever want to use 4 wheel drive again.

Hemifever tuning? Might wanna have a chat with him, see what he has to say.

Shorties are probably best for what you wanna do. (good mid range power) I don't think brand really matters. Ceramic coated is better, in my opinion, than Stainless steel. Keeps the heat in the pipes, instead of radiating it into the engine compartment.

Chat with an exhaust shop about the rest of the piping. 2.25-2.5 inch pipe please. Likely need cats for that as well. Go with a high-flow variety.

I am not a fan of CAI, you spend a lot of money, and get..... nothing. Simply installing a good high-flow air filter will be just as effective. (and MUCH cheaper.)

Throttle body: That's up to you. Won't give you any more power really, but, does tend to make for better throttle response at smaller throttle openings.....

No clue, I have never had a problem with any of the major name manufacturer.

Hemifever Tuning. He is also a member on this site, might be able to just PM him.

Yep.

Arm, leg, half your soul, first born male child....... Finding an independent shop would be your best bet. Shop around. Likely going to be a couple hundred bucks.

Yep.

Better throttle response at small throttle openings. (which is where you spend most of your time when just cruising, regardless of speed) You get a more profound affect when stepping on the gas. Doesn't really give you any more power though.
