Rough Idle, No Power from Take off

Rough Idle, No Power from Take off
1999 Dodge Dakota SLT 3.9L V6
Let me list what I have done then give the issue.
Replaced so far:
Distributor Cap
Distributor Rotor
Spark Plugs
Spark Plug Harnesses
Fuel Pump
Throttle Position Sensor
Manifold Absolute Pressure Sensor
Camshaft Position Sensor
Check Engine Codes since replacing those:
P0201
P0203
P0205
P0300
P0301
P0303
P0305
I know they deal with misfires in 1, 3, and 5 cylinders but for the life of me I can't narrow down the issue.
Here is what my truck is doing, from take off there is no power, she idles rough or stalls out. When driving, I get her up to above 40 and she will seem fine until I hit a hill then she bogs down. Overdrive doesn't kick in but today she slightly kicked in allowing me to maintain between 40 and 50 mph. Then if I come to a complete stop and go, again no power. I'm tired of guessing and even worse I'm tired of thinking I have the problem found and still not fixed. This is my baby, my fixer-upper that I bought outright to give me something to do since I'm disabled. So far I have sunk $3,000 into her and I'm ready to quit unless I find the problem real soon.
Thanks for any help.

Check connector 2 as advised, and check the power supply wire. The wire runs from the ASD relay in the PDC, same as fuel pump and ignition coil. Should have constant voltage when running.

Thanks for the input. I just replaced the crankshaft position sensor again but that didn't solve the issue. I'll check at the PCM. I'll check my IAC as well, the wires right where the fuel injectors connect is bare, I did a temp fix by using some window washer tubing and zip tying those on. I will use my ohmmeter to make sure the wire isn't failing.
