Axle wrap is independent from what trans you have. Got a lift on your truck?

Nope no lift (I understand that trans does not make wrap) its the nv3500 I put in the truck the angles are way off with this trans and no one make a cross members or trans supports for it so I have flat drive shaft issues and pooched springs (replacing springs with 5(4in1) 2600lb springs) ik this won't fix flat drive shaft angle but I didn't change anything other then trans so idk why my angles would be off didn't know if I needed a shim kit or something to reangle everything

Hhhmmm.... How bad are your angles? They should be pretty close at each end, ideally.

If your springs are weak, that would contribute to wrap. Are there blocks between the axle, and springs? (I know the full sized trucks do that trick, not sure on the daks.)

I am not 100% sure on the actual angles but from when I did trans swap to now nothing has changed. But the old trans had trans cross member and then a extra mount to to make it higher I went to buy a "manual trans crewmember" and its was the same minus the extra mount. I did try 6°shims between axle and springs to angle the front of the pumpkin down (yes I got them on the right way checked 6 times lol) and they did nothing

What is actually happening? Does the truck jerk on take-off? What trans was in there originally?

Idk what auto it was didn't want it or pay attention to that but first and second I can only softly roll on the gas (SOFTLY) hardly get into traffic once through second gear I can lay into it with out it wrapping up but if I get on it. It will bind up and cause clutch to slip will have to let off and then roll back into gas

Was it originally a 4x4, and you changed to a 2wd trans? wonder if the driveshaft is simply too long.

Also, lots of crud around the pinion seal on that rear diff..... or is that just the lighting?
