Default 2004 Data Plate info

Needs some help identifying what the data is on my truck. Most of it is straight forward, but I'm not having any luck finding (on this forum other else where on the internet) explanations of what the stuff is beyond the VIN decode.

Truck info:
2004 Dodge Dakota Quad cab
4.7L / auto / 4x4
Front disc brakes, with 8.25 rear axle & Drum-in-Hat brakes

What I don't know how to read:
MDH: 070608 079AA (have no idea what MDH means)
TRM: K5DV (assuming this is the trim level id code)
4648503 (no idea what this is, just a series of number out to the right of the trim code at the bottom right of the data plate)

Any help is appreciated!
-Jimmy
