Default 2004 Dakota electrical issues

Hey everyone, I'm having major issues and have been for a while. The truck bogs down and the dash flickers when I start the truck and after a little while the truck drives great. I imagine its Probably the ECM but I changed the heater core out and when I pulled the dash the electrical box under the dash by the driver door was all corroded and gross. Some of the wires look burnt.

My problem is I dont know what that box is called. So I cant find the part. It has several connecters attached to it but I'm lost. Any help would be great. Thanks!

Junction Block.

How is your battery? To me, sounds like it is getting weak, and just not putting out enough power while trying to crank the engine.

Thank you! The truck starts fine, It's a new battery. I can't figure it out at all. I've taken it in and the mechanics can't either. It only does this half the time.

So all I can find is the under the hood junction box, this one I'm talking about is in the cab by the parking brake? It has all the dash stuff connected to it?

The junction block is the one by the parking brake. The one under the hood is the power distribution center.

Yes, all the dash stuff connects to the junction block.

It may not be widely available. I think it's considered a dashpanel component, and it's just a bunch of plugs on the backside and fuses on the front side.
