I just put the engine back together after finding a dropped seat on the number 7 cylinder. So it's got a new timing chains, oil pump, pickup and pan as well as anything that had a seal. I also just replaced, the trans filters and changed fluid. (6.5 qts). I'm able to get the truck usually to the first stop sign around the loop .3mi away before its interested in stalling. Then once it stalls, I can usually crank the truck back up, but if I give it any gas, or try to turn once rolling a bit after being in drive it just dies
How old/what brand O2 sensors? Might try disconnecting them, and see if anything changes.

Front or rear? (assuming front....) Try running without them anyway. See what happens.

You have four sensors? Cali emissions? One new, and one old front sensor may be confusing the PCM...... chances are good they read somewhat different from each other.

New pump maybe a dud. Stuck the gauge on it, horse the throttle while watching it and pressure eventually drops to 15 then eventually off to zero with no pulse back to full when you let off throttle Either its electrically or mechanically got a problem. Rear 02 on the driver side seems to be crapped as well since it's got a pending dtc. I just want to drive the pos. I dont know if the injectors would factor into this since the truck starts back up with decent pressure

If you have an assistant, having them put light throttle while holding the brake will put the engine under load. Never heard of TRQ before, but looked their site up. Stands for Trusted Reliable Quality, which seems like they're trying too hard to plant an idea. Personally, I only use Delphi, Denso, Carter or OEM fuel pumps because they've proven reliable in the past. Parts store brands, not so much. You'll definitely want to pressure test that thing.

When you replaced it, how did the harness wiring plug look? Any signs of overheating?

Harness was full of dirt in the locking connector. Nothing else was baked and everything came apart with the usual amount of messing with 20 year old fasteners not subject to salt. The weird part is this idles fine for 10 minutes or more. I need to get a volt meter on the pump to see if its power is just suddenly vanishing. Because it's a qc, changing the pump isn't like pulling off the bed and going to town. Truck starts right back after a stall, but wont hold load.

So basically I have to push a continuous load to make thing decide to die. It doesnt recover either, except by restarting the truck. And upon each restart if I let the pump prime, it brings the pressure up to 58lbs. No load it idles, holds the 58lbs, sits there for 10 minutes without an issue. Original pump in the truck would move the truck along but would overheat and just quit, or after 10 minutes of driving, pressure would be around 30lbs and things would be running really bad.
