Yep -looks like the pump , from the test . .
Test the next one,an check wiring to it also .
Also a good idea to put a oem 02 sensor in an see what it does on that , or switch it with the other one an see if sets code at that location.
02 sensors usually have to get a certain temperature to start changing the engine performance.

Original pump in the truck would move the truck along but would overheat and just quit, or after 10 minutes of driving, pressure would be around 30lbs and things would be running really bad.

It sure looks like a bad pump. I'd swap the relays around just to make sure. The a/c uses the same relay. Swap them around just to make sure. It takes seconds to swap and if that's it, you save a bunch of trouble. If not, you've wasted a couple of minutes.

I swapped the trans relay with it. No change. I need to get a helper to see what the pump voltage is when it dies. (Any idea on where the best point is to probe that?) Also I'm not sure if it's relevant but when it stalls out. I don't get idiot lights like on my accord, ie battery, brake etc, but the prndl and odo remain lit

Could also be the crank position sensor.

Wont hurt to switch out the ASD relay also an be sure contacts are making good connection.

Like magnethead said that crank sensor may be a factor since its tied in to ASD .
Found this on another thread
[To my understanding a faulty crankshaft sensor will cause the ASD( auto shutdown) relay to trip. Another symptom I am having.]

I will check the crank sensor, but as far as the Scantool Im using (DS708) both the CPS and CKP have changing values indicating new positions. I dont have any thing indicating to me there is no data coming from those sensors. The truck actually did run a little bit prior to me changing the pump initially. I got the engine assembled and put back in the truck. Took it for a test drive and basically the original pump (It was chrysler branded and dated) would stop pushing required pressure under load (It would drop to 25-30 lbs and the truck would have no power and then require some sort of cool down period to even get it even re-started. Now it runs and idles, even in drive, until some form of load is pushed to it. (Reving it for a while) pressure drops to 15-20 engine lopes and limps for a few even when throttle goes to 0. and there is no recovery. The engine just stalls as fuel pressure goes to 0. But it starts right back up again.

Not sure there is an ASD relay on the Gen 2? There doesnt appear to be one under the hood unless it has a different name. So now when I at least prime the pump it goes up to 54lbs. I did notice a little drop off, but Im going to wait an hour to see how bad that is.

So it dropped to 45 PSI over the course of an hour. Also noticed now that the pump can be heard clearly while running and the pitch oscillates up and down. Definately starting to think the pump is faulty. I cant determine if any of the injectors are causing a problem yet. Scan tool indicates ASD is engaged up until the engine stalls (Still cant find this relay)

ASD should be in the power distribution center under the hood.

It actually is called "Engine Relay" in the underhood box. But anyhow, apparently the pump is trying to fail because it seems now it takes a couple primes to get it up to where it should be. Now as to getting a better pump, Ive heard the carters have really fallen off. Delphi is hit or miss and bosch really depends on when you catch a good deal, but no one talks about if they fail.
