Default Code 1391 & 1491

Electric cooling fans blades came apart and also blowed the fuse so I installed New Fan
afterwards started getting 1391 & 1491 codes
codes went off and now on again
Fan runs and engine runs
I changed camshaft sensor and still same problem
engine has 221,000 miles
any info appreciated… Thanks

Does that engine actually have EGR??

1391 is intermittent cam or crank sensor signal. Wiring problem maybe?
