Default All neutral 04 dodge Dakota

I have an 04 dodge Dakota 4x4 with the 4.7 I think transmission is 45rfe.
truck has been a trooper I'll start with some of the other issues in case they may be linked.
When you put your foot down as it shifts it makes a loud farting sound (sorry don't know how else to describe it) only for 1 gear kinda seemed like a vacuum leak. Shifts a little hard for most other gears. About a month ago started acting like it wasn't getting fuel would bog down so I did the first thing that came to mind I changed fuel filter no change. The last time it bogged down I lost all gears. P d r all act like neutral will free roll. Runs good and everything but no gears. Not much in way of metal shavings or anything in the pan. I'm waiting for the transmission solenoid to be delivered are there other parts I should replace while I'm at it? Ordering a new transmission in a few months so I have a backup but don't want to rebuild this one yet if it can be helped. I read that 1 of the filters have a bad seal any suggestions on how I can improve it without causing other issues? Thanks in advance for any help. Newish to the dodge fam always had Chevy so I'm still learning some of the usual dodge issues.

Replaced the solenoid block and all sensors still no gears. You think Faulty solenoid? Already checked all fuses and relays before I did the work? It's running pretty rough now too not sure what caused that was running really rough right before the solenoid went out then it was running great after. Now running rough again.

That's usually how it works.

If you have a scanner than can read trans pressures, and various other data, that might be enlightening. See if the trans actually thinks its in gear, etc....

I just called a friend he said he'll come over with his scanner in a day or two
