Yeah, sits on top of the module, that's what the fuel line connects to.

There nothing else that could be causing a pump to fail prematurely? I went and got a Delphi which was twice as much so 🤞🏻

If the fuel pressure regulator isn’t pointed in the direction of the fuel line can the pressure regulator spin to get lined up ?

I think so...... I think it just stuffs into a grommet..... but, not 100% on that..... Don't put a lot of effort into turning it. It might just break.

The regulator does stuff into a grommet but more likely the pump assembly wasn't aligned correctly during the install into the fuel tank.
All your problems could be caused by a bad regulator - the pumps failing, the high and zero fuel pressures.

I did align the pump arrow in between the two lines on the tank so it was aligned correctly!
