put the old cap and rotor back on as well as the old wires, problem seems to have gone away so idk if i got a bad cap and rotor, or what but im taking them back to the store and getting my $$$ back on them and for now ill leave it as it is and change them again once it is consistantly warm out again, so i guess bad parts out of the box do happen on occasion o well just thought id let you guys know what fixed it
