Default 4x4, tcase, front driveshaft experts!

so its the same problem before but now i need to try and fix it before winter.

i noticed this after i got my front diff and tcase fluid changed.
noise happens ONLY when accelerating.
Ujoints are fine, only play in drive shaft is rotational (see video below)
no delays switching to 4hi or 4 low inside the cab.

only things i noticed was from the front diff to the driverside axel this o ring was kinda popped out.

and the front driveshaft to the tcase the rubber guard? had a hole in it.

Your front drive shaft is shot. I had the same issue a few months back. Try to search the net to found a front drive shaft which it has U-joints on both ends. It won't break it down as soon as the OE.

Sorry for my crappy english, I'm a french canadian.

The problem is that big hole. There is a cv joint inside that (instead of using a u-joint). The rubber boot keeps all dirt and debre out of it. If dirt gets in there it basically is being lubed with dirt instead of grease now and the cv joint is gone. You need a new driveshaft.

Napa has them for about $300, but if you can find a decent j-yard one you might be better off.

Good news being - it's easy to replace.
