2006 Durango stalls when cold
I have a 2006 Durango (Hemi)and it is only stalling when it is cold and at an intersection when I come to a stop. Once it warms up after a few minutes it is fine. I have seen it stall a few times at the same intersection when it is cold. If the outdoor temperature is below 32 degrees it is worse.
As soon as I come to a full stop I can see the tachometer flutter and then just drop off and the truck stalls. Restarts no problem right away.

I will try all of the above. I had an error code when I plugged in OBD.
P0734 - gear ratio error in 4th gear - I assume totally unrelated. guess I should check that out as well.
No lights on to indicate problem.
I will say that the weather has warmed up here to 40 - 50's last few days and I am still having problems. Not stalling as much however, fluttering at intersections when I come to a stop. Therefore not totally related to extreme cold. I originally thought that was the problem. It just appears to occur at any time the vehicle is cold.

I have been battling the same problem for awhile now.
Tends to stall more when cold.
So far have changed plugs, Throttle position sensor, EGR valve (what a pain in the ***) and ran numerous brands of fuel injector cleaner. Throttle body is squeeky clean.
Still no luck.
One thing I noticed though, was after changing the egr valve, i reset computer (by disconnecting battery for 10 minutes). And it ran perfect for 2 days! Then the symptons are back.
Idle air control valve is next to be changed, we'll see.

Not as much (due to warmer weather) but still stumbling idle and occasionally stalls.
Next is Crank Sensor, after that I have no idea.

I have a 2006 dodge durango limited with the 5.7 hemi. I am having the same problem. When cold the rpm will flutter and the engine will shut off at a stop. It does not seem to be so prevelant when the engine is warm and temp is warm outside however it will still do it occassionally. I have run sea foam through the port vac line and fuel tank. I looked inside the throttle body and it was pretty dirty. Alot dirtier than I though it should be. I cleaned it pretty well however still having the problem. I ran the OBD II and found a code for low pressure transmission however that is an easy fix with a little more trans fluid. What should I do?
